Ways to Give
The Church Health Center relies on support from congregations, businesses, foundations and individual donors, not on government funding. When you make a tax-deductible donation to the Church Health Center, you are helping us provide quality, affordable healthcare to those in need. Call (901) 272-7170, e-mail our Development office at info@churchhealthcenter.org or make a secure online donation by using your Visa or Mastercard.
As you count your blessings, please consider a gift that will provide care for a child, an elderly person or a hard-working uninsured adult.
• $100 provides care for a patient with a broken bone.
• $500 provides treatment of a patient’s diabetes for six months.
• $1,000 operates our Clinic lab for a day.
• $2,500 sponsors a Gift of a Day in the Clinic or Church Health Center Wellness.
• $5,000 sponsors a Gift of a Day for all of the Church Health Center’s ministries.
Other ways you can make a difference include:
• Make a gift in honor or memory of someone
• Make a gift in celebration of an event or occasion
• Make a gift at your workplace through the Combined Federal Campaign
• Make a gift at your workplace through the United Way Campaign
• Give a donation of medicine, supplies, services, or equipment
• Become a monthly contributor via automatic bank draft or credit card
