How Do I Receive Care at the Clinic?
Walk-in Clinic
For those who are not established patients of the Church Health Center, our Walk-In Clinic offers medical care on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee of $35. The only requirements are that you are uninsured and need immediatecare. In order to see a doctor at our Walk-In Clinic, patients must arrive at 6:30 a.m. at which point an appointment will be assigned for later that day.
Established Patients
Before your first visit, you must attend a Getting Started orientation. If you qualify to become a patient, you may then schedule your first appointment. Getting Started is held every Monday and Wednesday from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and every Thursday from 6:15 p.m. until 7:30 p.m at Church Health Center Wellness, 1115 Union Ave. You should plan on arriving 15 minutes early.
Fees are charged on a sliding scale based on income. The average cost of a Clinic visit is $20.
