How to Join Church Health Center Wellness

Step 1

Come to a free Getting Started session, in which you’ll tour the facility and learn more about the Church Health Center and our Wellness ministry. Clickhere to learn more about Getting Started!

Step 2

Come to an exercise assessment, which will be scheduled at your Getting Started session. Your membership payment is dueon the day of your assessment.

Fees

Membership fees are based on family size and income. To qualify for a reduced membership fee, valid proof of incomeis required. There is no additional fee for joining Church Health Center Wellness.

Individual Monthly Membership Fees - $15 to $45
Household Monthly Membership Fees - $21 to $60

Group Fees

Members can receive a 15% discount on membership fees by joining as a group. Group memberships must be 5 or more people with one central billing address. Call (901) 259-4673 for more information on setting up a group membership account.
